Position Overview
The Remote Customer Care Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient support via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Provide detailed product information and assist customers with orders, returns, and account questions.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Identify recurring customer concerns and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or support experience (preferably remote).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using CRM tools, email platforms, and live chat systems.
Basic knowledge of construction materials or e-commerce is a plus (training provided).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
