Qualifications
    -    Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree
    -    Minimum 3 years of experience working at a general or subcontractor site
    -    Strong knowledge of construction trades and interpreting project documents
    -    Proficiency in blueprint reading, submittal preparation/procedures
    -    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    -    Must have AutoCAD and general computer skills
    -    Experience preparing and managing RFIs, schedule updates, etc.

Core Responsibilities
    -    Supervise daily operations on commercial construction sites
    -    Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure compliance with project documents
    -    Manage RFIs and schedule updates
    -    Prepare and submit project deliverables such as submittals
