JOB DUTIES:
Answer incoming telephone calls; retrieve and return voicemail messages.
Operate cash register.
Book and confirm party reservations.
Actively sell party extras during the reservation and party confirmation process.
Oversee parties, ensuring safety rules are enforced by staff and followed by guests.
Ensure guest satisfaction.
Report any equipment and/or staff problems to the Owner.
Direct staff as needed to manage the flow of the parties, handle party extras, clean-up the facility, etc.
Must train in all positions and fill-in where necessary to accommodate for absences and tardiness.
Assist Owner with inventory management, staff discipline and staff performance reviews.
Handle and resolve customer complaints.
Other duties as assigned.
Must be able to work weekends and evenings
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must demonstrate trustworthiness and responsibility.
Must be computer literate.
Must have superior telephonic, customer service and sales skills.
Must be able to multi-task effectively
College students highly encouraged to apply
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Previous staff and cash management experience required.
Previous Managerial experience preferred
Experience working with kids - preferred
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
