2. Services Provided

  • Post unlimited job listings for $95 per month.
  • Receive and manage candidate applications.
Job seekers can:
  • Browse and apply to job listings.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature of our platform at any time without notice.

3. Communication and Notifications

By using HireStudents.com, you consent to receiving communications from us, including:
  • Emails: For account updates, job application notifications, and service-related messages.
  • Text Messages: To notify employers about candidate applications or job-related activity and to notify job seekers about their applications.
    • Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You can opt-out of text messages by following instructions in the message or contacting [Insert Contact Email].

4. User Responsibilities

Employers
  • You agree to post accurate and lawful job listings.
  • You must not post jobs that:
    • Violate local, state, national, or international laws.
    • Are misleading or fraudulent.
    • Discriminate against applicants based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
  • You are solely responsible for all content and communications associated with your job postings.
Job Seekers
  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when applying for jobs.
  • You must not misuse the platform to send spam, post inappropriate content, or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Terms

  • Employers agree to pay $95 per month to access unlimited job postings.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Payments are securely processed through third-party providers, and HireStudents.com does not store payment details.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
  • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Post or share content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the website’s functionality.
  • Collect data from the platform using automated tools or scraping methods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on HireStudents.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HireStudents.com or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.
