About Swandive
Swandive is a new women's lifestyle collective based in SF Bay Area, blending stylish events, curated travel, and an online community for women 40+. Think luxe garden parties, speaker salons, and insider experiences.
We're looking for a creative, tech savvy UT student to shape our digital voice and help grow our social presence.
Position Details
Hours: 5-10 hours/week (flexible schedule)
Pay: $20 hour
Location: Mostly Remote, weekly team meetup in Austin, with occasional event coverage in Austin.
Start date: ASAP
What You'll Gain

* Mentorship in branding, event marketing, interviewing, and digital strategy.

What We're Looking For
+ A College student who loves creating content and staying on top of IG/TikTok trends.
+ Familiar with Canva, Instagram, and basic Reels/TikTok editing (no pro skills required - just curiosity + taste) and social media optimization
+ Organized, creative, and up for collaborating with a small, fun team.
What You'll Do
Run Instagram & Reels for Swandive, a women's lifestyle brand - 3-5 hrs/week
Create original content; Engage with followers; Collaborate with influencers; automate postings to grow follower base
Use social media analytics to track progress and adjust engagement strategy
