Full Time Nanny - South Austin -20/hr @Hughes Household

We are looking for a loving, dependable nanny to join our family Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM caring for our sweet, happy-go-lucky one-year-old daughter. She is truly the happiest little girl - always smiling, laughing, and ready to play. She loves hide-and-seek, interactive playtime, being outdoors, music, books, and making new friends. She is also a fantastic sleeper with a very predictable routine, which makes the days enjoyable and low stress.

20/hr and 40-42 hours a week
Start Date: Early to Mid July

We are hoping to find someone warm, engaging, energetic, and nurturing who genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers and helping them learn and explore through play. The ideal person is patient, playful, attentive, and excited to become part of our family's daily rhythm.

A little about us - we are very easygoing, kind employers who value open communication, trust, and creating a positive environment for everyone in our home. Our current nanny is transitioning out because she is expecting her own baby, so we are looking for someone wonderful to step into this role long term.

Responsibilities include:
- Engaging playtime and age-appropriate activities
- Maintaining nap and meal/snack routines
- Light tidying related to the baby during the day
- Creating a safe, loving, fun environment

This is such a special role for someone who loves toddlers, laughter, and playful days. We would love to find someone who feels like an extension of our family.
