$1000.00 Hiring bonus -given in 3-month increments of 333.33
Competitive wage + commission opportunities
Hourly 42-46.00 or 30% of production. Whichever is higher is your pay.
One- hour appointments, unless you need less time. You design your own schedule.

Responsibilities:
Ensure patients feel as comfortable as possible before their cleaning
Conduct initial mouth screenings and check oral health history
Identify conditions like caries
Educate patients of all ages on proper teeth care, by demonstration, for example, good brushing techniques.
Clean and help protect patients' teeth, place sealants, scaling and root planning. Place fluoride treatments, silver diamide. Scan for mouthguard
Take X-rays
Help co-diagnose with all Dr.'s
Maintain documentation and charts on each patient
Sterilize dental instruments properly

2. Reimbursement for Dental Hygiene license
3. Paid yearly CE's: We will cover the cost if we mutually agree upon the courses. OSHA and CPR are done yearly at the office.
4. Yearly 200.00 uniform allowance
5. 3 weeks paid vacation: Granted to you after 6 months. Anniversary
6. Paid Holiday starting immediately!
7. Paid PTO-1 day a year on your Birthday! (You get your birthday off every year!!!)
8. Work with other hygienists at our office in selecting preferred instruments if you want something different that we don't have.
9. Free dental care for you, spouse, and children. You only pay the lab bill if something needs to be sent out of the office
10. Buy products at cost through the office, bleach, toothpaste, and rinses.
11. 401 (K), 401 K Matching 3% with additional Profit Sharing at the end of each year. This is effective on your 1 year Anniversary.
