We are seeking a reliable and skilled Installation & Service Technician to join our team specializing in window coverings installation and service. If you take pride in precision, problem-solving, and customer service, this position is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and service blinds, shades, shutters and draperies
- Read tape measures accurately and work with power tools (cordless drills, etc.)
- Handle technical service and light construction-related duties
- Must have strong attention to detail in all tasks
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently
- Maintain a determined and focused work ethic to complete tasks thoroughly
- Drive company or personal vehicle safely to job sites

Qualifications:
- Proficiency with tape measures, cordless drills, and basic power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Dependability and high attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working on a ladder at varying heights
- Valid driver's license with a good/excellent driving record
- No criminal background
- Ability to lift moderate weight and work in varying environments
