Bubbeleh is a modern children's play studio and shop with a curated selection of globally sourced clothing, toys, and gifts. We provide a warm, welcoming space where parents can relax, connect, and find high-quality baby and toddler products that reflect our thoughtful, curated aesthetic. In addition to our retail offerings, we host engaging and enriching classes for babies aged 0-5, fostering growth and joy for both little ones and their parents. We're on a mission to create a supportive environment for families, and we're looking for a passionate Marketing Intern to help us grow and share our story.

*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Intern at Bubbeleh, you will play a key role in building brand awareness, engaging with our community, and driving growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn about brand development, content creation, and digital marketing in a dynamic and supportive environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to grow our online presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, and written posts that resonate with our target audience of parents and caregivers.
- Edit short-form videos for social media, ensuring they are on-brand and engaging.
- Support email marketing efforts by drafting newsletters, promotional emails, and event announcements.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to promote our baby and toddler classes and retail products.
- Monitor social media and website analytics to assess campaign performance and suggest optimizations.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages on social media.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audience behaviors to inform marketing strategies.
- Assist with in-store marketing initiatives, event promotions, and community outreach efforts.

*Qualifications:*
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and digital marketing trends.
- Must have some short-form video editing experience (e.g., Reels, Stories, or other social media videos).
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for community building and an interest in the parenting and early childhood space.
