Position: Outdoor Retail Associate / Adventure Specialist
Employment Type: Part-time

Are you passionate about the outdoors and love sharing that passion with others?
We're looking for energetic, adventurous individuals to join our team at Mountain Expedition Supply, where skiing, hiking, camping, and mountain culture are part of everyday life.

What You'll Do:
*Greet and assist customers with expert gear advice
*Help outfit guests for their next adventure-whether that's a ski trip, a backpacking trek, or a weekend in the mountains
*Operate the POS system and handle transactions
*Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring shop environment
*Stay informed on outdoor gear, apparel, and trends
*Assist with rentals, tuning, and gear fittings (training provided)

What We're Looking For:
*A genuine passion for the outdoors-skiing, hiking, climbing, camping, or related activities
*Friendly and approachable customer service style
*Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented
*Prior retail or outdoor industry experience a plus (but not required)
*Willingness to learn technical gear knowledge and share it with customers
