Part Time - Property Manager/Ranch Hand @Bolin Land and Cattle LLC

BOLIN PROPERTY MANAGER:
- $15 per hour; approximately 10 hours per week
- this is a second home (owners live in Houston)
- property consists of a house on 55 acres (we have someone who runs cattle and cuts hay plus a pool service and housekeeper)
- looking for a reliable and hard working individual to help oversee house/property
- must have own transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check on property 1-2 times a week or more if needed. Be on call in case of extreme weather. In bad weather, check inside the house for any broken pipes or power outages.
- General maintenance of property/house.
- Take care of outdoor cat. Change water and food as needed. If freezing temps, bring in cat house, food, water inside garage and set up litter box. Bring cat in garage at night and let out when temperatures are above freezing the next day.
- Repair fences or other things such as gutter repair or other handyman type jobs.
- Pick up trash on road outside property. Keep fence lines clear of tall grass/weeds.
- Do one off projects such as cleaning the stable.
- Remove wasp and bird nests under eaves.
- Keep outside/porch clean of spider webs and debris. Use pressure washer when needed (3-4 times a year).
- Meet vendors for special projects and/or meet people at house. Example is letting the exterminator inside to spray quarterly.
- Empty pool skimmer baskets.
- Water outside potted flowers and fruit and vegetable gardens as needed. Harvest fruit/vegetables as needed.
- Take trash cans out to road for trash (when we have trash) and bring back in later in day.
