TMS Technician (Patient Care) & Administrative Lead Management @LifeQualityTMS

We are an established psychiatric medical office providing compassionate, clinically proven mental health treatment. Our focus is on delivering high-quality care in a structured, supportive professional environment.

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented TMS Technician to work directly with patients receiving Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation therapy. The technician will be responsible for guiding patients through treatment sessions and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and able to build supportive relationships with patients throughout their treatment process.

In addition to clinical duties, the technician will assist with administrative tasks related to patient intake and lead management. This includes following up with prospective patients, responding to inquiries, and managing leads through our lead task manager to ensure timely communication and scheduling.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling patient communications. Full training provided.

$24 hour or higher depending on experience.
Full-time flexible hours.
Some weekend work necessary.
