ISO Part-Time Babysitter for Afternoons Beginning in September (Boerum Hill) @Chiara

We're looking for a part-time babysitter to help with after-school care for our two boys (ages 6 and 3), starting September 4.

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, 2:30pm-6:30pm. Both kids are in school until 3:00pm (just a 10-minute walk from our home)
- Responsibilities include school pick-up, walking them home or to afterschool programs (schedule to be finalized), and general afternoon care (including occasional playdates)
- Occasional weekday evening babysitting to cover work events - we'll provide this schedule in advance for all weekday commitments through January

Ideal Candidate:
- Must be comfortable walking and navigating local afterschool activities
- Native Italian or Spanish speaker is a plus
- Non-smoker
- Punctual, proactive, and communicative
- Able to commit to consistent weekday coverage during the school year
- Must have references

About Us:
We are a fun, dynamic, and active family. We are Italian and speak Italian at home, but we speak English fluently. Our boys are active but well-behaved children who love to be outdoors. They also love music, art, and creative play. No pets as we are allergic to cats! We live in Boerum Hill (Brooklyn).

Salary $28-$30/hour depending on experience.
