Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time college student with a passion for environmental conservation. This job is up to 25 hours a week. Must work onsite, between 9:45AM to 6:15PM, Monday through Friday, closed on major holidays. You will represent the company and educate visitors about responsible electronic recycling. This is a role for high school graduates looking to expand their knowledge and full time work experience in a social, responsible company.
This is an entry level position where you will be responsible for handling front desk operations. Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting customers dropping off and picking up electronics
Educating visitors about electronics and styrofoam recycling services
Help negotiate and close sales with bulk buyers
Enter electronic items' details (make, model, serial, etc.) into a database
Disassemble computers
You will report directly under the supervision of our Sr. Account Manager.
GreenCitizen is a team oriented company. You will work closely with logistics and reuse departments, you will need to manage your time well, and also work independently.
Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position in office at our Burlingame center, Monday - Friday. 9:45-6:15
