Overview
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electronics Technician to join our manufacturing team. This hands-on role is essential to supporting the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic systems and components used in our production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and experience in a high-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure electronic equipment used in production machinery and automation systems.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and calibration on factory-floor electronics to ensure consistent production quality.
- Troubleshoot and repair faults in electronic circuits, PLCs, sensors, HMIs, drives, and control systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Support manufacturing engineers in the implementation and testing of new equipment and control systems.
- Assist with the assembly, testing, and modification of control panels and prototype builds.
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs, service reports, and parts inventories.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety procedures when working with high-voltage equipment and machinery.
- Communicate technical information clearly with engineers, supervisors, and production staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing downtime and increasing equipment reliability.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics Technology, Industrial Automation, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with industrial controls, PLCs, servo systems, and embedded electronics.
- Solid understanding of analog/digital circuits, microcontrollers, and basic networking.
- Proficient with multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and related diagnostic tools.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and on cross-functional teams.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop-floor environment.
