As our Show & Event Manager, you'll be the force behind our event strategy-owning the setup, execution, and performance of every show.

What You'll Do:

Manage event logistics: setup, teardown, scheduling, staffing, and inventory
Recruit, train, and lead a team of energetic event promoters
Maximize appointment bookings through hands-on leadership and live coaching

Track performance and continuously optimize event outcomes
Maintain a sharp, professional brand presence at every show

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in events, retail, or promotional management
Strong organizational and time management skills-you keep things running smoothly
High-energy, people-first mindset-you lead from the front and inspire results
Experience with home improvement or in-home services a plus
Availability for weekend and evening events
