Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Temp Bellman Driver and be a vital part of creating memorable guest experiences! This role offers an hourly base rate- 100% of tips and service charges from room service deliveries go to Bellman.

Responsibilities

-Safely transport guests and their luggage to and from designated areas within the resort or hotel premises.
-Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, ensuring careful handling and prompt service.
-Provide friendly, professional assistance at the front desk and guest arrival points, offering directions and information as needed.
-Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring an enjoyable stay.
-Collaborate with hotel management and front desk staff to coordinate guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
-Follow phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests or team members via multi-line phone systems.
-Deliver room service to guest rooms.
Skills

-Experience working at a hotel or resort environment, particularly in Valet, shuttle driving or other guest facing roles.
-Familiarity with hospitality etiquette to handle guest inquiries professionally.
-Ability to manage guest interactions with patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm in a fast-paced setting.
