Personal + Real Estate Assistant (2-4 hours/day) @Anslie Stokes / The Stokes Group

I'm looking for a reliable, upbeat helper to support me at home and to support our residential real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who wants exposure to a real estate career while also being happy to jump into everyday household tasks that keep life running smoothly. Hours are flexible but generally 2-4 hours per day.

No two days are exactly the same-if you like variety, autonomy, and being genuinely helpful, this could be a great fit.

Schedule
Flexible, but ideally a consistent time (2-4 hours) between 8:30am-3:30pm on weekdays

Household Support (Primary)
Clean up kitchen after breakfast
Confirm dinner plan & prep what you can
Grocery/Costco runs as needed
Neighborhood errands as needed
Light, random household tasks
No direct childcare

Real Estate Exposure (Secondary)
Light administrative help and listing preparation
Errands and task-based support such as picking up and dropping off lockboxes, sign riders, etc.
Meeting vendors for listing access
Great behind-the-scenes look at how a real estate business runs

Ideal Candidate
Has a car and is comfortable driving locally
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Comfortable running errands and managing logistics
Interested in real estate (now or in the future)
Doesn't mind household work-it's part of the deal

The Details
On payroll (taxes withheld)
Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
Paid every other Friday
