King's Hawaiian NFL Tailgate OH 9/14 & 10/26 + Travel
Encore Nationwide is staffing the King's Hawaiian NFL Tailgate Tour, the official bread of the NFL!

PROGRAM:
We are looking for outgoing, football fanatic Brand Ambassadors to represent King's Hawaiian, the official bread of the NFL, on our NFL Tailgate Tour.
STAFFING CRITERIA:
-Food certification required
-Energetic, engaging, and outgoing
-MUST know and like football (do not have to like that specific team)
-Previously worked activations at the stadium or food related would be helpful
-Staff will need to be able to answer football related screening questions to ensure they know/understand football.
-Comfortable being client facing
-Able to work outside in all weather conditions
-Willing and able to assist with light set up and breakdown - lift/carry up to 30lbs
-A few tasteful tattoos OK but no bold tattoos, full sleeve tattoos or tattoos on hands/neck/face; no wild hair styles or colors, piercings, etc.

STAFF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Staff training - Zoom training with client (30 min paid)
On-site activation responsibilities
- Assist with light prep before and light clean up after the event
-Prep and distribute samples to consumers and share messaging about the brand and product offerings
-Distribute giveaways to consumers
-Guide consumers through the event space and encourage them to interact with games and photo experience
-Assist in breaking down cardboard boxes and restocking inventory

After each activation, the onsite Tour Manager will choose the BA who was the most engaging and energetic throughout the shift to award with a $25 gift card

PARKING: Reimbursed if not complimentary onsite. Details provided for each event.

ATTIRE:
-neutral-colored pants/TBD (no rips or athletic attire)
-Closed toed comfortable shoes.
-You will be provided with a branded jersey to wear
-Please arrive groomed - Fresh hair and makeup, no visible tattoos or piercings

PAY RATES: Paid W2 via DD
BAs: $33/hour
*ALL staff will also receive a $25 Travel Stipend per event
