Seeking a Sales Associate: Flexible hours & flexible pay per hour.

Customer Service:

Greeting and engaging customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
Providing product information and recommendations, showcasing jewelry options.
Assisting with jewelry selection, offering advice on styles and trends.
Addressing customer questions and concerns, resolving issues effectively.
Processing sales transactions, including handling cash and credit card payments.

Sales and Merchandising:

Meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
Maintaining the appearance of the sales floor, including displays and inventory.
Staying informed about current jewelry trends and product knowledge.
Assisting with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.

Store Operations:

Following all store policies and procedures, including security and safety protocols.
Performing opening and closing duties as needed.
Assisting with special events or promotions.
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Building Relationships:

Building customer loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
Developing rapport with customers to create a positive shopping experience.
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Knowledge of jewelry and current trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and handling cash.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weight.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
