Part-Time Daytime Nanny Needed for Infant (Lakewood / East Dallas Area) @Private Family in Lakewood

Hi! We're looking for a kind, dependable, and experienced nanny to care for our 4-month-old baby in our home starting Monday, June 22, 2026.

This is a part-time position (Monday-Friday, 9:30am-3:30pm). I (mom) work from home in a role that involves regular meetings and calls, and I'll be present during the day (including for breastfeeding). That said, I'm looking for someone who can confidently take the lead as the primary caregiver while I'm working. Dad may also occasionally work from home in a separate office.

We'd really love to find someone who becomes a consistent, trusted presence in our baby's daily routine.

What your day would look like:

- Providing attentive, loving care to our baby
- Diaper changes and general care
- Engaging in age-appropriate play and supporting development
- Following nap routines and helping him settle for sleep
- Monitoring his needs and cues throughout the day
- Light baby-related cleanup (bottles, toys, play area)

We're looking for someone who:

- Has hands-on experience with young infants
- Is CPR and First Aid certified (infant certification)
- Is up-to-date on vaccinations recommended for infant caregivers (Tdap, flu, etc.)
- Is a non-smoker and does not vape
- Has reliable transportation and is consistently punctual
- Is comfortable working in a home where a parent is present
- Is aligned with a no-screen approach for our baby (no TV, phones, or tablets during care)
- Can provide strong references from previous families

Location:
Lakewood / East Dallas area (near 75206)

Compensation:

$20-$26/hour, depending on qualifications and overall fit
