Job Summary: Liquid Investments, Inc is seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Office Support Assistant to join our team. As an Office Support Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to a smooth and efficient office environment, including running errands, managing supplies, and providing general administrative assistance.

In addition to asset and investment management activities, Liquid Investments supports higher education and athletics through hands-on engagement and philanthropy. Our team operates in a close-knit, professional environment, with a high degree of attention to detail.
Schedule:
- Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
- Typical hours: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (negotiable)
Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and preparing for events.
- Provide general support to team members as needed.
Errand Management:
- Run errands as needed, including bank visits and picking up supplies.
- Grocery shopping for office needs and events.
- Deliver and pick up items from various locations, including a personal residence
Office Supplies and Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, anticipating needs and placing orders as required.
- Restock supplies in common areas (e.g., break room, copy room).
- Assist with basic office maintenance tasks, such as organizing storage areas.
Mail and Package Handling:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (e.g., office supplies, groceries).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office environment (even if volunteer or internship).
Compensation:
- Hourly pay, commensurate with experience.
- Mileage Reimbursement: All work-related mileage will be reimbursed at the current IRS standard mileage rate.
