WHY PAVLOV?

Join a bright and fun team of high-performing dog trainers! Pavlov is the most Google-reviewed dog training company in Colorado and the most reviewed on Yelp. We also maintain a 4.9-5.0 star status on both platforms. Pavlov dog trainers appreciate continuing education through regular team meetups and ongoing support and coaching. (Opportunity to advance to a full-time position. Full-time staff receive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a retirement plan with up to 4% matching. Additionally, staff receive 5 paid holidays and 14 days of paid time off.)

While this is a seasonal position, there may be an opportunity for advancement in the future. Those who do well advance according to their drive and ability to fit in with the team.

High performers move on to shadow our trainers and learn how to train dogs from Denver Metro's highest-rated dog trainers. Alternatively, a similar education costs $140K. So while the position offers full benefits, the primary benefit is exposure to the industry's top performers. Additionally, it is an opportunity to advance into positions of greater responsibility and higher compensation. Primary dog trainers earn between $50K and $200K a year.
