Freelance Tester for a Wagering App @Testlio

Hi there! We're Testlio, a trusted global software testing company that partners with some of the world's leading brands.
We have partnered with a wagering app who regularly updates their product every two weeks. This happens around 3:30 AM US local time, during low-traffic periods, which is why we are looking for peopke who would be available during this time to perform specific actions in the app on iOS mobile, Android Mobile and Web (Laptop or PC with Windows 11)
Pay rate: The pay rate for this project is $30 USD / h.
Here are some examples of the tasks you'll be asked to perform:
- Opening the app on your mobile device or computer.
- Creating an account on the wagering app, which will include going through a KYC (know-your-customer) flow. Because this platform complies with US federal and state regulations, you will be required to use your own legal information to register. You should be prepared to provide: Full Legal Name and Date of Birth; Current US Address; Social Security Number (SSN). The app company follows all US guidelines to store this information safely and securely.
- Checking the basic functionalities of the app, such as checking statuses, basic app navigation, etc.
- Capturing and reporting any functional issues, crashes, obvious UI defects, or blocking problems.
- Providing concise notes and evidence (screenshots / screen recordings if requested in the run).
To be selected for this opportunity you must be:
- 18 years or older
- Have an iPhone/Android Phone or Web (Laptop/Windows PC). You will need at least 2 devices (For example: 1 iPhone + 1 laptop or 1 iPhone + 1 Android phone or 1 Android Phone + Windows PC)
- Located in Delaware
- Available to perform tasks for roughly 1hr at 3:30AM local time, once a week
In order to access assigned tasks, you will first be asked to create an account on our website, Testlio. You will be asked to allocate 30 -60 minutes to create this account and a short training on how our platform works.
Testlio account onboarding time: 30 - 60 minutes
Testing task time: 3:30 AM US Local time. We will know when the next testing date 1 week in advance, so we can notify you in time! Please do not apply if you are unable to participate at this hour for this project.
Deliverables:
- Create an account on our freelancer platform, Testlio, and complete a quick self-service training session.
- Participate in the testing task by following the instructions that will be shared with you on our website.
