Start Your Career with Purpose
Are you passionate about helping others and interested in making a real impact from day one? Whether you're fresh out of college or looking for meaningful work that aligns with your values, H.O.P.E. Behavioral Consulting, LLC is the perfect place to launch your career in behavioral health.
At HOPE, we believe that everyone can learn. Our mission is to provide high-quality services that promote success, growth, and self-empowerment for every individual we serve. We foster a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative environment where your contributions truly matter-because progress starts with people.
What You'll Do:
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll work one-on-one with clients diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders or related developmental challenges, implementing evidence-based strategies designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll be part of a compassionate, energetic team that thrives on communication, collaboration, and client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized programs tailored to each client's strengths, challenges, and goals. Accurately collect data to track client progress and inform treatment planning. Complete session notes and documentation using company systems (Motivity, Microsoft Teams). Communicate observations and updates with your supervisor and the care team. Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality at all times. Participate in regular training and feedback sessions to grow professionally.
Who You Are:
You don't need years of experience-just a heart for service, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn. If you're entering the workforce or recently graduated in psychology, education, social work, or a related field, this is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in ABA.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay and opportunities for advancement within the field of ABA. A warm, mission-driven culture rooted in respect, integrity, and self-empowerment. Ongoing mentorship and training from experienced BCBAs. A chance to be part of a team where your voice and growth matter.

H.O.P.E. Behavioral Consulting, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We do not discriminate based on race, color, gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected status.
