Description
We are a tax and accounting firm located in Fletcher Hills seeking a competent Administrative Assistant to assist in answering phones, handling paperwork and greeting clients. This is an excellent opportunity to learn Quickbooks and Tax Preparation - this is a full time all year position offering vacation and sick time with bonuses throughout the year. We ask for Saturday hours only through April 15th - overtime paid

Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails
Greet customers and vendors professionally
Follow up with leads and existing customers
Assist with basic bookkeeping and data entry
Manage filing, scanning, and document organization
Support owner/management with administrative tasks

Qualifications:
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Experience with QuickBooks - Preferred but will Teach
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
