CFO Assistant - Part -Time @Mark A Smith Offroading, Inc.

Energetic, fast growing company seeking a part-time assistant to support our CFO.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, stays organized under pressure, and consistently meets deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

Entering data into QuickBooks (experience helpful but not required)

Updating and maintaining existing Excel spreadsheets

Drafting, sending, and managing professional email communication

Working remotely from a quiet, uninterrupted space

Meeting in person approximately once per week
