Duties:
- Receive, log and prepare for distribution project related Product Submittals and RFIs
- Updates to critical path method (CPM) schedule
- Maintain log sheets for Submittals, RFIs, and Change Order Requests
- Assist Project Managers with preparation of weekly progress meeting agendas
- Attend and prepare minutes for weekly progress meetings (Office and Field)
- Assist Project Managers with preparation of subcontractor agreement packages & purchase orders
- Prepare material qty takeoffs for earthwork, structural concrete, rough carpentry, and piping systems.
Skills:
- Procore
- CPM Scheduling (P6 & MS Project)
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office programs Outlook Email, Excel, & Word
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and surroundings
- Blueprint reading, material takeoff, & purchasing
