Project Engineer - Structural Steel @SCW Contracting Corporation

SCW Contracting Corporation is seeking a full-time, PROJECT ENGINEER to join our Structural Steel Fabrication and Erection Division. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, dependable, and trustworthy.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil/ Structural Engineering necessary
1-2 years' experience as Project Engineer preferred including work experience as an intern
Must have deep knowledge of plans and specifications
Excellent writing, presentation, and computer skills
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist Project Manager with management of projects from inception to completion
Review plans and specifications
Submittal and RFI management on project
Document control
Track change order request and extra work
Coordinate shop drawings with detailing vendors and general contractors
Assist with material procurement
Assist with production planning
Support field crews

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
