Freelance Craftsperson – Crystal Repair Assistant @Judith Leiber Couture

The Role:
We're seeking a freelance craftsperson to support repairs for high-end crystal-embellished accessories. This is a part-time, hands-on role in a warehouse environment, ideal for someone with a strong eye for color, attention to detail, and basic manual and computer skills.

Responsibilities:
- Replace individual crystals using an adhesive stick and specialized glue
- Match and order replacement crystals as needed
- Record and track repairs using provided logs and systems
- Manage small raw materials and keep the repair area organized
- Follow clear repair instructions and uphold luxury quality standards
- Handle high-value items with care and professionalism
Requirements:
- Strong visual skills, especially for color matching
- Good hand skills and comfort with small, detailed work
- Basic computer proficiency for logging and communication
- Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
- Experience with crafts, art, or similar precision-based work preferred
Details:
- Freelance / part-time, 1-3 days per week depending on workload
- On-site only at Stellae Warehouse in Melville, NY
- Hourly pay; rate based on experience
- All materials and training provided
