As a Lead Teacher in our Infant Room, you will:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Foster a nurturing, positive, and safe learning environment
- Build trusting relationships with infants and their families
- Track developmental milestones and share progress with parents
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators and administrators

Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Associate's Degree required (Early Childhood Education or related field preferred)
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Patience, empathy, and a love for working with infants
- Experience in lesson planning and early education
- Prior Montessori experience is a plus-but not required!
