Description
We have 9 sculptures that need to be sanded down, polished and finished.
This process involves using a dremel tool for initial smoothing, then multiple sanding grits, steel wool and polishing.
To complete each statue, it typically takes about 8 hours.
We pay $20 per hour, but if you are able to complete to the required level of quality in less time, we will pay a minimum of $150 per statue.
The pictures include examples of what the finished product looks like. They are 6 to 9 inches tall.
Lastly, the statues are made of a 3D printed material (filament) called PLA that has particles of either bronze, brass or copper. The PLA is made from renewable resources like cornstarch or sugarcane, is non-toxic and low-odor.
