Temporary Event Staff - Flower Sales

- Saturday, September 27, 2025

*Location:* Two event venues within 7 miles of Harper College (Palatine, IL area).
About the Role
We're looking for outgoing individuals to help sell flowers at fun, lively events. Think of it like selling T-shirts at a concert - lighthearted, interactive, and people-focused. You'll be part of a seasoned, supportive team that values teamwork and making people happy.

No flower knowledge is required - a smile and great attitude are what matter most!

Responsibilities
- Greet guests and offer flowers for purchase in a cheerful, approachable way
- Handle simple cash/card transactions (all tools provided)
- Work closely with team members to keep displays stocked and tidy
- Provide excellent customer experience - no pressure selling
Requirements
- Outgoing, friendly personality - comfortable engaging with event guests
- Reliable and punctual; casual but professional clothing
- Able to stand and move around during event hours
- Bi-lingual or multi-lingual is a plus, but not required

Pay
- $20/hour (these are full day events/at least 8 hours)
- Payment issued within 3 days of the event
