Seeking House Manager and Scheduler for WFH family in the triad @Carley

Seeking a motivated individual to act as a house manager. Duties would include but are not limited to: researching, scheduling and overseeing appointments for multiple home improvement jobs at the homeowners location.
Candidate would report to homeowner and communicate openly to provide updates in a timely fashion.
Flexible schedule and working remotely on days not overseeing appointments for homeowner.
Part time employment until jobs are completed. Further work possible upon completion.

Requirements:
*Must be comfortable making phone calls and communicating with contractors and other home improvement related companies.
*Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
*Must be motivated and work well Independently.
