Promo Team - Highsman (Massachusetts)
Are you outgoing, social, and always in the know? Do you love street culture and want to rep a brand with real meaning? Highsman - founded by Heisman Trophy winner and NFL legend Ricky Williams - is hiring Promo Team Members to bring our vibe to retailers, events, and hangouts across Massachusetts.
This is a perfect student gig: flexible hours, great pay, and major clout.
What You'll Do
Be the face of Highsman at retailers where our products are sold
Hype up staff with education, samples, and giveaways
Show up at games, nightlife spots, tailgates, and trade shows
Hand out food, merch, and product coupons to get crowds buzzing
Collect loyalty signups (including a chance to win a VIP Super Bowl trip with Ricky Williams)
Post fun branded content to IG/Stories/Reels and drive new followers to Highsman
Why It's Perfect for Students
Fri-Sat: 2-8pm Sun: 1-7pm (+ flexible 2-4 hrs planning/admin)
Work with friends and meet new people every weekend
High hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, and performance bonuses
Build real-world experience in marketing, events, and brand promotion
We're especially excited to hire students from Boston College and UMass Amherst, but all nearby schools are welcome
You Are
21+ and enrolled in or recently graduated from college
Social, charismatic, and respected in your community
Organized, reliable, and on time for events
Comfortable with basic tech (QR codes, mobile forms, Google Drive)
Confident posting branded content to IG/Stories/Reels
Familiar with cannabis culture (or eager to learn)
Compensation
$20-$30/hr (18-22 hours per week)
Mileage reimbursement
Performance bonuses for loyalty signups and social growth
Opportunities to move into larger field marketing or brand ambassador roles
