Full-Time - Advisor Track Position
About Us
Retirement Advocates is a growing, values-driven retirement planning firm focused on helping clients retire with clarity, confidence, and purpose. We specialize in retirement income planning, tax-efficient strategies, and holistic financial guidance.
We are a values based, process driven firm, and we are expanding and looking for the right person to grow with us. This is an in-office position, so you must be able to commute daily to Kenosha, WI.
Position Overview
This is a career-track opportunity for someone who wants to become a financial advisor.
You will begin by supporting the lead advisor with client meetings, follow-up, fact-finding, and case preparation. Over time, you will be trained to conduct meetings, present strategies, and manage client relationships.

What You'll Do (Phase 1 - Training & Support)
Call and follow up with warm leads
Help schedule appointments and manage the advisor's calendar
Assist with client fact-finding and data gathering
Prepare meeting materials and proposals
Help manage the client database and CRM
Assist with email campaigns and marketing tasks
Support internal processes and client service requests
Study for and obtain required licenses (with support)
What You'll Do (Phase 2 - Advisor Development)
Conduct fact-finding meetings
Present retirement planning strategies
Build relationships with new clients
Help grow the firm through referrals and events
Teach classes on retirement planning

Bachelor's degree preferred
Associate degree or some college coursework required (bachelor's not required for the right candidate)
Professional appearance and strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Attention to detail
Willingness to obtain insurance and securities licenses
If you already hold a Wisconsin Life & Health license, that is a strong plus
Ability to pass background check and licensing requirements
Compensation
Base training income plus performance bonuses
Commission opportunities as you grow
Long-term advisor compensation track
Total compensation increases significantly as you transition into an advisor role.
(Six-figure income potential is realistic after the first year for high performers.)
