Hello!
We have two fun, easygoing boys. Our oldest is starting kindergarten on Thursday, September 3rd, and our 2.5-year-old is in full-time daycare. Our family is looking for someone to help as soon as the first week of September for 8-10 hours/week, ideally across 3 or 4 days.
Our biggest need is morning care/extra set of hands at home with my energetic toddler from 8-9:30am while we adjust to the new schedule and I walk my kindergartener to school. I'm flexible on hours worked and could add extra minutes for tidying up after we head out for the day (light dishes/laundry) and kindergarten pickup/after-school care, particularly on early-release day (Wednesday @ 1:45). If afternoons 3pm-5pm only work for you, that's more of a tutor option as well that we are open to. We live in Kirkland near Juanita Beach.
Hours we are looking for care:
Morning 8-9:30am M/T/W/TH
Afternoon 3pm - 5pm M/T/TH
Afternoon 1:45-5pm Wed
If any combination of the hours/day work for your schedule, we'd love to hear from you! Even if it's just 2 days per week.
I'd especially love to find someone with tutoring or teaching experience who would enjoy doing some reading, homework, or learning activities with my kindergartener as part of the after-school time.
Our boys love puzzles, building, science experiments and creative art projects, but they're equally happy kicking a soccer ball around or playing tag at a nearby park. They both love books and animals! We are an animal-free home.
Looking for someone reliable, CPR/First Aid certified, responsible, communicative, and experienced with young kids - references are a plus!
Occasional babysitters who are interested in sitting for our family are very welcome - please send your resume. Looking forward to hearing from you!
