Pay: $150+ per day Full-Time Weekly Pay

Redoak Logistics is a fast-growing FedEx Ground contractor based in Raleigh/Durham, NC. We're looking for reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers to join our team. If you enjoy working independently, staying active, and providing excellent customer service - we want to hear from you.

Paid Training: $100 per day during training
Company Vehicle Provided - no CDL required
Weekly Pay: Every Friday
Free DOT physical and drug screening
Job Security: Consistent routes, steady hours
Schedule:
Start Time: 8:30 AM
Must be available 5 days per week, including 1 weekend day
Typical Shift Hours:
Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Sunday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Route Volume: Approximately 125 stops per day 35-40 miles per day
Job Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company-provided delivery van or box truck
Load, scan, and deliver packages to residential and business addresses
Follow GPS navigation and optimize your delivery route
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Perform daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs
Requirements:
Must be 21 years or older
Valid driver's license (no CDL required)
Clean driving record
Must pass a background check, drug screening, and DOT physical
Able to lift up to 150 lbs (equipment provided for heavier items)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
No felonies or misdemeanors
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with box trucks, cargo vans, or commercial delivery vehicles
Familiarity with the Raleigh/Durham area
