Northern Pump & Well is seeking a skilled Manual Machinist to support municipal water systems across Michigan. This is hands-on, meaningful work that directly supports essential infrastructure.
What You'll Do:
Machine and repair pump components in a shop environment
Operate manual lathes (this is a non-CNC position)
Maintain precision and quality in all machining work
Occasionally travel to support field needs as required
What We're Looking For:
Experience operating manual lathes
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel when needed
