Northern Pump & Well is hiring for multiple positions supporting municipal water systems across Michigan.

Field Assistants / Well Drillers:
Entry-level, hands-on work with pumps, wells, and equipment. No experience required-we train.

Field Foremen:
Lead crews on municipal projects. Must have experience working with municipalities and pulling/setting pumps.

Machinists (Manual):
Shop role working on pump components. Must be able to run a manual lathe (no CNC).

CDL preferred-company-paid training available. Travel required.
