In-Bound Answering Service Operator @Rueschhoff Communications

Primary Duties
Our answering service operator receives inbound calls for businesses that are closed or otherwise unable to accept calls. In this position, you will take messages for the business that hire Rueschhoff Communications and provide callers with basic information, such as when the company's office will re-open. You may also schedule, cancel and change appointments or direct callers to other resources, such as a website or alternate contact number.
Job Qualifications
You will need a high school diploma or a GED to become an answering service operator. Call Center experience preferred. Typing, computer and organizational skills are usually required along with the ability to multitask. Must successfully complete back ground check and drug test.
Also important is an understanding of phone etiquette as demonstrated by excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. The ability to work under pressure can also prove invaluable in this line of work.
