Description
BTS is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Outbound Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this entry-level role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial part in our sales pipeline by identifying qualified prospects and scheduling introductory meetings for our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential clients.
Clearly and concisely introduce BTS and our services.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
Overcome initial objections and build rapport with prospects.
Schedule qualified appointments/meetings for our sales team.
Accurately record and update prospect information into Salesforce (our CRM system).
Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth hand-off of leads.
Qualifications:
Exceptional Verbal Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and persuasively.
Active Listening: The ability to understand prospect needs and respond effectively.
Resilience & Persistence: Comfortable with rejection and motivated by challenges.
Positive Attitude: A natural enthusiasm and optimistic approach to conversations.
Strong Work Ethic: Driven to meet and exceed daily call and appointment goals.
Coachability: Eager to learn, take feedback, and continuously improve.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (or willingness to learn quickly).
Prior experience in customer service, retail, or any role requiring frequent verbal interaction is a plus, but not required.
