Personal Assistant @Raphael Metzger

I live in Bixby Hill - a stone's throw from the CSULB campus. I am a 74-year-old attorney who works about 80 hours per week litigating cases of 200 catastrophically injured Hispanic immigrant construction workers - young men who suffer from silicosis and will die soon unless they get lung transplants. (So far I have been successful in getting lung transplants for 30 of these workers). I need someone to maintain my residential property which is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath house, with a large exterior and lap pool. A handy CSULB student could work part-time maintaining the property and reside in one of the 5 bedrooms.
