Assistant / Project Manager @Holidays By Maddy

This is a paid position. $185-200 per day.

Role Overview:
We're seeking a hardworking, very hands-on and creative individual to support installations across our seasonal and event calendar. This role blends operational coordination with a creative eye, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage on-site installations and breakdowns for holiday and event decor projects
- Load, transport, and unload design materials (cargo van driving required) from warehouse
- Collaborate with design team to execute visual plans to standard
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and crew assignments
- Maintain inventory and organize supplies across storage and project locations
- Communicate professionally with clients and vendors as needed
- Support in purchasing or prepping materials as needed

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license and comfortable driving a cargo van
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
- Flexible schedule - including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and a natural eye for design aesthetics
- Experience in event production, styling, interior design, or related fields is a plus
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented

- Previous experience in holiday installations or event setups
- Comfort using basic tools or ladders
- Familiarity with luxury or hospitality environments
