Overview: As an Indoor Playground Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring our indoor playground is a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for children and their families. Your responsibilities will include customer service, facility maintenance, party organization, and social media engagement. This position doesn't require playing or
babysitting kids.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Accept and process payments from customers.
Ensure each visitor has signed the necessary waiver before entry.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
Facility Maintenance:
Observe and ensure the playground remains clean, organized, and safe for all guests.
Refill and restock supplies as needed.
Check gift shop supplies, organize gift shop area, refill the supplies.
Take out the trash and maintain overall cleanliness.
Party Organization:
Be knowledgeable about party packages and effectively communicate them to customers.
Sell party packages and assist customers in selecting the best options for their events.
Organize and oversee birthday parties, ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees.
Customer Engagement:
Help attract new customers through excellent service and positive interactions.
Run and manage the playground's social media accounts, posting regular updates, promotions, and engaging content.
Requirements:
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
Enthusiasm for working in children environment and be ok with loud noises.
