We will train at both positions
Customer service involves taking in orders, assisting with the pick up of completed orders, answering the phone (which involves providing updates on existing orders, providing quotes, and general information), and addressing any other customer needs.

Production involves the careful assembly and completion of frames. They will be trained on the mounting of art, creating the package (glass, art, backing), "fitting" (securing the package in the frame), "finishing" (papering the back and installing the hanging hardware), and placing the protective wrap around the frame for safe transport home.
