Harmony Aesthetics Center is looking for a warm, organized, and energetic Client Experience Coordinator to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who loves helping people feel welcome, thrives in a fast paced environment, and has a passion for aesthetics, wellness, and exceptional customer service.
As the first impression of our practice, you will play a key role in creating a positive and elevated client experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism
- Scheduling appointments and managing provider calendars
- Answering phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
- Checking clients in and out
- Processing payments and financing options
- Assisting with memberships, product sales, and treatment recommendations
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front office
- Supporting daily operations and helping the team stay efficient
- Building strong relationships with clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, medical office, medspa, or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
- Comfortable with technology and scheduling systems
- Positive attitude and team player mentality
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and helping others feel their best
