About Us:
Swanson Capital Group is a dynamic real estate investment company specializing in house flipping and ground-up development. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator & Social Media Assistant to support our operations by documenting project progress, managing paperwork, and assisting with social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Documentation & Tracking:

- Visit active construction and renovation sites to take high-quality progress photos and videos.
- Upload and organize images in Company Cam for project tracking.
- Complete renovation checklists to ensure project stage completeness and quality control.
- Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date.

Administrative Support & Organization:
- Assist with organizing paperwork and digital files.
- Help with transaction coordination and document management.
- Track project milestones and ensure completeness of required paperwork.

Social Media & Content Creation:
- Assist in creating engaging social media posts related to construction projects and real estate investing.
- Capture and edit short-form content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories).
- Help schedule and post content on social media platforms a couple of times per week.

General Support & Other Tasks as Needed:
- Proactively identify and complete tasks to keep projects running smoothly.
- Support leadership with various business-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized.
Basic knowledge of construction or willingness to learn.
Experience with Company Cam or ability to quickly learn new software.
Comfortable using smartphones and cameras for documentation.
Social media proficiency (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Metricool, etc.).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
- Background in real estate, construction, or project management.
- Experience with graphic design, video editing, or social media management.
