House Manager @Swanson Capital Group

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized individual to manage and maintain our home. The ideal candidate will ensure the house is consistently clean, well-maintained, and running smoothly while assisting with meal preparation and general household tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning & Organization: Maintain a consistently clean home, including routine and deep cleaning (baseboards, walls, bathrooms, kitchen, etc.).
- Laundry: Wash, fold, and put away clothes for the household.
- Meal Preparation: Cook dinner on designated nights, meal prep lunches for the week, and prepare healthy snacks for the kids.
- Household Upkeep: Make beds, keep rooms tidy, and ensure overall household organization.
- Proactive Maintenance: Identify and address cleaning or maintenance needs before they become an issue.
- Recipe & Meal Planning: Find and incorporate new, healthy recipes for the family.
- Other Household Duties: Assist with additional house-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
- Experience in housekeeping, home management, or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Basic cooking skills and ability to prepare simple, nutritious meals.
- Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate household needs.
