The give (our values)
Thoughtful doers at breakneck speed
We are thoughtful doers. We listen, sprint, hustle, build, iterate & risk-manage at breakneck speed, with our eyes wide open, making data-led decisions with you. We set an incredibly high bar for resourcefulness and quality.
World-defying Web3 growth
We stand for setting precedents, breakthroughs, small and large, staying true to the ethos of decentralization. We rarely deviate from delivering compounding growth & superior experiences.
All-in for accelerating outcomes and learnings
With longevity in delivering commercial outcomes, we outstrip any agency/consultant in web3 learnings and experimentation loops that deliver growth. We look for teammates with a growth mindset.
Go further together, valuing discomfort and diversity
Our mission is too big for us alone. We value diversity of thought and ingenuity. We relish in respectful challenge to problem- solve together. We leave our egos from prior experiences at the door.
FAQs
What is the length of the internship?
90 days with 30 day probationary period
What are the working hours?
It's a part time role for approximately 24 hours within the work week spread across Monday- Friday
With clients around the globe crypto PR isn't a 9-6pm gig.
There might be times when you're needed to help out with an early morning event and have to be in at 7.30. There might be a client event that means you're out until midnight.
Very occasionally there could be weekend work.
What happens at the end of three months?
Assuming all goes well (on both sides of course) and your smash your 30/60/90 day goals, you'd become a Trainee PR co-ordinator and have a six month course of more structured training and development - some of it formal training, a lot of that development from working on client accounts day-in, day-out.
Do you pay?
We pay up to $25 per hour, depending on your experience level, under a 1099 contract
What's the interview process?
20 minute screener interview, case study, 1 hour final interview
Do you accept applications from outside Miami?
No unfortunately, we may do in the future
