Join our team as a Videographer/Editor and bring your creative vision to life. We're seeking for someone who thrives on storytelling through visuals and has the technical skills to deliver outstanding video content from concept to final product for our music artist JAEMES (jaemes.co). In this role, you'll capture striking footage, edit videos with precision, and collaborate with others to bring ideas to fruition. Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, mostly for music promotion.
- Edit raw video footage using industry-standard software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Davinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects.
- Be involved in the creative process proposing innovative ideas that can help reach virality.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with project objectives.
- Manage all aspects of video production, including pre-production planning, shooting schedules, and post-production editing.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style across projects.
- Conduct quality checks on final edits to ensure accuracy and coherence before delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in videography and editing to enhance production quality.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in video production software such as Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Davinci Resolve and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of film techniques and principles of photography.
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to convey messages effectively through visual media.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills in the field of video production.
